Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?

A. In order to be as efficient as possible for all of our clients, and our employees, we ask that you give us at least four full business days’ notice (note that our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays) for any services you wish to cancel or move. We send our teams out bright and early every morning, and we prepare our equipment and vehicles every evening for any confirmed appointments we have the next day. We promise that if you respect our employees’ schedules and our time, we will ensure that your time will be respected as well. If there is an emergency, or you cannot give us at least three full business days’ notice when canceling or moving your service, we do charge a minimum of $35.00 as a cancelation/ rebook charge. If there is no notice given prior to the day of your cleaning, or we are unable to enter your home, we reserve the right to charge full price for the cleaning service that was scheduled.  Please see our cancelation policy notice schedule below;
