level to be performed, we can give you a good estimate for how long our services will take. Keep in mind that deep cleans can take almost twice as long as our regular cleanings.

So whether you are home or not is entirely up to you.

A. Absolutely not. We would never require our clients to provide any cleaning products for us. You will never have to worry about buying products for our technicians or having them use your household items. We provide any cleaning equipment that is necessary to complete our job, including mops, vacuums, cleansers, dusting equipment, and cleaning uniforms. Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?
A. In order to be as efficient as possible for all of our clients, and our employees, we ask that you give us at least four full business days’ notice (note that our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays) for any services you wish to cancel or move. We send our teams out bright and early every morning, and we prepare our equipment and vehicles every evening for any confirmed appointments we have the next day. We promise that if you respect our employees’ schedules and our time, we will ensure that your time will be respected as well. If there is an emergency, or you cannot give us at least three full business days’ notice when canceling or moving your service, we do charge a minimum of $35.00 as a cancelation/ rebook charge. If there is no notice given prior to the day of your cleaning, or we are unable to enter your home, we reserve the right to charge full price for the cleaning service that was scheduled. Q. How do you accept payments for house cleaning?
A. Cash, checks, debit, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, & Discover) are all acceptable forms of payment. We ask that you pay at the time of service or make prior billing arrangements with one of our representatives.
Q. Do you follow a policy for tips/gratuities?
A. Gratuities are not a requirement, nor are they expected, but we do appreciate the gesture. Q. May I directly hire a specific Green Envy Maids technician for cleaning services?

This agreement bars them from—among other things—offering their services in any manner to any of our clients outside of their standard job responsibilities. If you wish to hire a current or former Green Envy Maids employee for your own supplemental services (beyond those contracted), you are obligated to pay a referral fee of $3,500. After Green Envy Maids has notified you about this fee, you have 30 days to pay the full amount.
